A group of farmers from the Province of El Oro constitute an organization to commercialize their production associatively in the fair trade market, take advantage of associativity in economic, social and advocacy matters.

Mission
To produce and commercialize associatively high quality bananas to national and international markets, achieving commercial stability; guaranteeing sustainable and sustainable development to improve the quality of life of the members, their families, their workers and the community.
Vision
In the year 2023 the FINCAS DE EL ORO Association has a direct export system with high production volumes and its own infrastructure and logistic equipment, maintaining quality by complying with national and international standards and giving added value to the product, applying social and environmental responsibility.

Strengthen associative commercialization for both purchases and sales. Improve competitiveness and increase banana crop productivity with the application of new technologies and technical recommendations, taking advantage of credit lines and own resources. Directly market exports and imports to ensure a stable market that guarantees the sale of production and develop new alternatives for new markets with added value for our product. To have its own social and productive infrastructure for the benefit and convenience of its members.
